How to Complete Omen in the Trees

Check the Dolls in the Area
You'll arrive at Dreamflux Reef back in Firefly's POV. Follow the quest marker and investigate the Sparkle dolls that appear nearby. As they spawn, they'll lead you southwards through the area.
Uncover the Truth
Go through the next few cutscenes to return to Dream of Gnawing Oak, where Firefly will meet Gopher Wood's Divine Law III. As Divine Law III explains the truth, head southeast through the area. Use the switch to activate the bridge and reach the quest marker.
Choose a Path to Proceed On
You'll be prompted to choose a path to continue forward. The left path indicated by the red TV screen is the path of force, while the right path indicated by the blue TV screen is the path of deceit.
Although Divine Law III states that the Dreammaster would've went with force, you're free to pick any path you wish. Both paths will lead to the same area on F2, so your choice only affects flavor text during the story.
The path that's “destroyed” during the story will be repaired when you return to Dream of Gnawing Oak after completing the mission.
Complete the Dream Jigsaw
After the conversation in the next area, continue going upstairs to find a Dream Jigsaw. The pieces can be found on the hand of the statue by the staircase.
Once you've retrieved the Jigsaw Pieces, you can solve the Dream Jigsaw by putting the pieces in the spots shown above. The path forward will be formed once you've solved the puzzle.
Choose Another Path to Proceed On
Use the elevator up ahead to go to the next floor. Activate the Dream's Eye near the Space Anchor and go to the Dream Module. Once again, you'll be asked to choose between the left and right path. Both of them will progress the quest so you can feely pick either.
You can revisit the area afterwards and go on a different path to access another chest and even get the Only Reflection Remains at the Crossroads achievement.
Take the Exit to Oak Manor
Regardless of the path you choose, there will be a stained glass window at the far end. They both lead to the Oak Manor area in F1 of Dream of Gnawing Oak.
Continue to Investigate the Dreammaster's Schemes
Once you get transported to Oak Manor, head east and follow the quest marker to the octagonal room. The next few cutscenes will lead to the next mission.
