How to Get Chirping Secret - Path of Pilgrimage
Collect All 10 Nymphs in Demigod Council Dawncloud
To get the Chirping Secret: Path of Pilgrimage achievement, you must first collect all 10 Creation Nymphs in Demigod Council Dawncloud. After, talk to the Garmentmaker near the Demigod Council: Forecourt Space Anchor.
The Garmentmaker will give you a hint regarding the Chirping Secret puzzle in the Demigod Council.

Chirping Secret - Path of Pilgrimage Puzzle Location
Go to the Titan Cliff Staircase
As mentioned by the Garmentmaker's hint, the pilgrim's path is the long staircase at the Titan Cliff, which is in the northern area of Demigod Council Dawncloud.
To solve the puzzle more conveniently, it's best to teleport to the Worldbearing Altar: Audience Hall Space Anchor and head south.

Offer Greetings in the Correct Order
The nymph next to the Garmentmaker will sing Mi-Re-Do-Mi-Re. Certain locations at the Titan Cliff staircase correspond to each of the notes in the nymph's song.
The marked spots will have the option to offer greetings to Kephale. Do this in the order shown above to replicate the notes sung by the nymph and solve the Chirping Secret.
Chirping Secret - Path of Pilgrimage Rewards
Rewards a Precious Chest and Achievement
After activating offering greetings to Kephale in the correct order, a Precious Chest will spawn on the elevator platform south of the Worldbearing Altar: Audience Hall Space Anchor.
You'll also get 2 Dawncloud Hymn Tablets and the Chirping Secret: Path of Pilgrimage Hidden Achievement!
