Used For Final Golden Scapegoat

HSR Memortis Shore Ruins of Time Golden Scapegoat 4 Location
The final Golden Scapegoat of Amphoreus is located in Memortis Shore Ruins of Time. Use the Fissure in the Myth Space Anchor and head north until you see the scapegoat.

Get Extra Steps For Final Golden Scapegoat

Interact with it and it'll tell you that to solve the puzzle, you'll need 8 Golden Remains per step. Since there are four steps, you need a total of 32 Golden Remains to complete the puzzle.

Once you complete it, you'll receive Golden Remains, a Precious Chest, and the Fire's Epitaph Achievement.

Talk to Diogena in Dawncloud

HSR - Diogena Location

After obtaining at least 14 Golden Remains, you'll receive the Gold Specimen Goat mission. Head to Demigod Council Dawncloud and talk to Diogena. You'll lose 14 Golden Remains after the dialogue.

Go to Grove of Epiphany and Interact With Cerces's Heart

HSR - Cerces Heart Location

Proceed with the dialogue and you will be asked to go to the Murmuring Woods Grove of Epiphany and interact with Cerces's Heart. After interacting with it, go back to Diogena and Lygus.

Talk to both of them and you'll receive the For Whom the Specimen Remains Silent Achievement!

HSR - Submit More Remains to Diogena

You can give your extra Golden Remains to Diogena. They will accept 7 of them to add another skull to the wall. You can do this twice, after which Diogena then disappears.
