Go to Beyond Time: An Eternal Page
Teleport to the Sunlit Garden Space Anchor at Beyond Time: An Eternal Page to start the quest. You'll immediately be brought into a cutscene with Cyrene.

Head to the Dome of the Stars
After speaking with Cyrene, head all the way east to reach the Dome of the Stars. Approach the glowing spot on the ground to progress.
Discuss with Himeko and Welt
Teleport to the Trailblazer's Room in the Party Car and interact with the As I've Written book at the desk. Here, you'll discuss your plans with Himeko and Welt.
Meet the Supreme Guardian
You'll be brought to the Administrative District in Jarilo-VI. Enter Qlipoth Fort to speak with Bronya and Seele.

Seele will bring you to Natasha's clinic in Boulder Town. Approach Seele, Natasha, and Hook in the area.

After the conversation, speak with Natasha again to leave a message in the book.
Recommend the Book to Fu Xuan
Your next stop is the Divination Commission in the Xianzhou Luofu. Teleport to the Conclave Hall Space Anchor and speak with Fu Xuan to recommend As I've Written to her.

Teleport to the Palace of Astrum at Central Starskiff Haven and ask for Yukong's opinion on the book.

Visit the Monument of the Three Nameless
Use the Timesplit Square Space Anchor to reach Penacony's Dreamflux Reef and visit the monument of the Three Nameless.

Ask the Furniture for Advice
After the conversations with Micah and Robin, you'll be brought to the Radiant Feldspar. Speak with the flower vase, dial phone, and control stick in the Captain's Quarters to get their advice. Afterwards, sit on the couch to collect your thoughts.
Ask Dr. Edward's Opinion
You'll be teleported to Golden Hour. Speak to Dr. Edward up ahead to get his opinion on the book.
Recommend the Book to Asta
Teleport to the Master Control Zone at the Herta Space Station and talk to Asta to recommend As I've Written to her.

Head back to the Parlor Car and approach the glowing spot to wrap up the quest with March 7th and Dan Heng.
