According to the 2.2 Livestream, Dreamflux Reef is a new area that will be added to the Penacony map in Version 2.2. The update is slated to drop on May 7, 2024 (UTC-5)!

Based on what was revealed in the Livestream, Dreamflux Reef is a new Penacony area that will likely be part of the upcoming Trailblaze Mission, The Fool Always Rings Twice.
Players will likely be able to unlock Dreamflux Reef as they progress through the new quest in the Version 2.2 update!
