How to Get All Divination Commission Chests
Divination Commission Treasure Chest 1
Chest 1 is located behind the purple base terminal of the Matrix of Presence. The chest is right in front of a shelf of scrolls.

Divination Commission Treasure Chest 2
Chest 2 is locked behind a Hexanexus Puzzle located at the west side of the F1 map. Solve the puzzle in order to obtain the chest.

Divination Commission Treasure Chest 3
Chest 3 is located behind the blue base terminal of the Matrix of Presence. The Treasure Chest is guarded by Formidable Foes. Defeat the Windspawns, Mara-Struck Soldiers, and Internal Alchemists to gain access to the Chest.

Divination Commission Treasure Chest 4
Chest 4 is located east of where Chest 2's Hexanexus Puzzle is located. The Treasure Chest is guarded by Formidable Foes. Defeat the Illumination Dragonfish, Internal Alchemists, and Obedient Dracolions to gain access to the Chest.

Chest 5 is located east of Chest 3. To reach the platform where the chest is located, you need to solve the Abacus Circuitry puzzle northeast of the Matrix of Presence.

Divination Commission Treasure Chest 6
Chest 6 is located east of the Matrix of Presence. The Treasure Chest is guarded by a Formidable Foe. Defeat the Aurumaton Gatekeeper in order to gain access to the Chest.

Chest 7 is located east of the Matrix of Presence. The chest is found beside a shelf of scrolls.

Chest 8 is located at a small path south of the green base terminal of the Matrix of Presence. The Treasure Chest is right beside two boxes.

Chest 9 is locked behind a Hexanexus Puzzle located at the east side of the F1 map. Solve the puzzle in order to obtain the chest.

Chest 10 is locked behind a Hexanexus Puzzle located northwest of Chest 9. Solve the puzzle in order to obtain the chest.

Chest 11 is located in the small area with scrolls west of the central plaza with the tree in the F2 map. The chest is in front of a vase full of scrolls.

Chest 12 is locked behind a Hexanexus Puzzle located northwest of the Fortuna Augurstead Space Anchor. Solve the puzzle in order to obtain the chest.

Chest 13 is at an overhand north of the Fortuna Augurstead Space Anchor. The chest is found near a paper lantern.

Chest 14 is located at a small path southeast of Chest 12's Hexanexus Puzzle. The chest is surrounded by multiple potted plants.

Chest 15 is located east of the Fortuna Augurstead Space Anchor. The Chest will be locked behind a Navigation Compass Puzzle.

Chest 16 is located northeast of the Fortuna Augurstead Space Anchor and across the location of Chest 15. The Chest will be locked behind a Navigation Compass Puzzle.

Chest 17 is located at the area southeast of where Chest 18 spawns. The Treasure Chest is in front of a stone bench.

Chest 18 is locked behind a Cycrane Puzzle. The Cycrane is by a small table in the same area where Chest 20 is located at.

Chest 19 is locked behind a Cycrane Puzzle. The Cycrane is just across the Conclave Hall Space Anchor, and you will need to solve the Abacus Circuitry puzzle to repair it.

Chest 20 is located at a small area with scrolls north of the central plaza with the tree, just south of the Matrix of Prescience Ultima Space Anchor. The chest is in beside of a small shelf of scrolls.

Chest 21 is located at the same area as the Conclave Hall Space Anchor. The chest is surrounded by shelves of scrolls.

Chest 22 is located northeast of the Conclave Hall Space Anchor and next to the exit leading to the Artisanship Commission. The Chest will be locked behind a Navigation Compass Puzzle.

Chests 24 to 29 are locked behind a hidden quest where you need to solve daily Mutare Magnus Puzzles. The chests will be available once you complete Omniscient Inquiry of Arcana. Look for Huixing near the Conclave Hall Space Anchor to start the puzzles.
