How to Complete Sea, Bury the Wine-Dark Dreams

Explore the Submerged Palace
Take the elevator down to the 3D puzzle room on B1. As you make your way through, you'll witness the memory fragments of the other Chrysos Heirs and the Flame-Chase Army.
Banish the Mad Sea Siren
Upon reaching the Slumbering Palace, you'll find Apollonius and Verginia being attacked. Defeat the Lady of Crashing Waves and the Servants of Tides to progress.
Alter Time and Witness the Truth
Make your way forward through the palace and speak with Lygus. Afterwards, go to the left side of the pool and use the Tome of Miracles to switch the time to Evernight.
Rewind Time to Cross Over
After witnessing the fate of the Flame-Chase Army, go up to the giant bone chalice nearby and rewind time on the broken Chrono Vessel near it. This will allow time to move again for the chalice and help it fill up the pool.
With the pool filled with water again, cross over the bridge of leaves to reach the memory fragment of Cerydra and Hysilens.
Empty the Pool with Time Set to Dawn
You need to reach the entrance to the Vortex, which is inside the pool. Use the Tome of Miracles neaby to set time to Dawn. Then, turn on the Miracle Orb to make the Chrono Vessel appear next to the bone chalice.
Shatter the Chrono Vessel to pause time in the area. Now, you can rewind time on the bone chalice to remove the water from the pool. Once the middle platform is cleared up, you can leave the puzzle room and move to the next area.
Go Forth, into the Deeper Abyss
After leaving the Slumbering Palace, follow the path onwards to reach the Somber Altar of Candles.
Commemorate the Second Flame-Chase Journey
You'll be prompted to pour honey dew on the tomb to commemorate the fallen Chrysos Heirs and awaken Hysilens. Interact with the two altars in the area to libate for the demigods.
Move Time Forward to Open the Path
Using Oronyx's Miracle again, move time forward on the wall to break it open and reveal the path ahead.
Awaken Hysilens
Just keep following the path all the way to the Seabed of Luminous Remains. Hysilens will be floating at the center.
Defeat Theoros: Lygus
With Lygus' true identity finally revealed, it's time to defeat him in battle and stop his plans for Era Nova. Theoros: Lygus is weak to Physical, Ice, and Wind. Bring characters who can also deal AoE attacks to keep up with Lygus' continuous summons.
