Phainon is the best DPS against Lygus since the enemy is weak to Physical. Phainon can enter his enhanced state to beat Lygus and tank most of the damage he receives.
Use as much buffs on Phainon with Sunday and Bronya before he enters the Enhanced State to help deal the most damage.

The Herta team is also great against Lygus since he can summon more enemies on the field. Anaxa will be the best Sub-DPS for The Herta since Lygus also has a Wind Weakness.
Tribbie is the best Support when up against five enemies, while Lingsha will be the best Sustain here simply for healing and AoE. You can also use Hyacine here as long as you can defeat Lygus before he reaches Evolution Mode.

Wind DPS units like Saber can also work here especially if they can deal AoE DMG. Use buffs and turn-advance mechanics from Sunday and Robin to help Saber deal damage before the enemy's turn.
Huohuo is the best sustain unit for this team since she can increase ATK and restore Energy to Saber.

An F2P team can be used here with Dan Heng and Herta as your two DPS units. Dan Heng can attack Lygus while Herta can take care of the summoned enemies.
For other units, Remembrance Trailblazer will be your best Support for True DMG buffs and turn-advance. Just be wary of the counter on Lygus so that he doesn't enter the Evolution Mode early.
How to Beat Theoros - Lygus
Avoid Using Ultimates in the Antimony State
Lygus can put your characters into an Antinomy State. This will instantly activate the affected character's Ultimate, but using it will have them receive a lot of damage.
With that in mind, avoid using your Ultimates unless necessary or if Lygus can be defeated with it.
