if serious: that has nothing to do with skill! her ramp up time is simply to long. all other supports buffs are up first turn/start of battle. hers need an ult that takes to long outside of ONE team to be useful.
The fact I'm pretty sure in the Livestream they also showed her eidolons in E6 instead of E0 like with any other character is also really misleading, Hoyo really made Cyrene's "full potential" be locked behind a paywall :(

skill issue
yes it's BAD! but not that BAD! arlan is "free" and was a test for hp based gameplay. but with cyrene there is no such excuse. e0 just isn't enough and e2 is a paywall, and should've been in her base kit. atleast her ult generation.

This unit so powerful if her ult charge don't be so sh*t at the first round because that all she need ,after the Ult ,her stacks will reduce and she has more turn too stacks .I still get her E2S0 because she my fav so far ,been saving for so long for her and I can see that value but my god ,It still feeling bad when the Dev pulling this BS again after Acheron and Phainon .
