ive felt like this for quite a while but cyrene being this bad just drives the nail in the coffin, if you want to start playing gacha games choose literally anything but star rail. genshin, zzz, wuwa, tof, pgr, hell even hi3, just not star rail. everything they do at this point is a blatant scam, hsr used to be one of the best gachas out there but it went down the drain about when zzz released, with nexus anima on the way zzz might be next to go down the hole
Elysia in star rail: half decent buffs to like 12 characters all of whom are limited 5-stars who will inevitably get powercrept in less than a year except maybe one in about 7 to 10 business days Elysia in HI3: 1,000 megatons of nuclear bombs to the face same day delivery
People are right about the ult, it took her 4-5 rotations. I even tried her before any ascensions it took her 7/8 boss battles to get her ult. Meanwhile I got hyacine and she got her ult like 7 times during that fight while getting Cyrene boss items.
Ult chargers in 1 to 2 business days.

So what is her E2 build , cuz that build is based on speed cuz she need the ult fast, but with E2 you already have the ult almost all the time.
So the F2P team just won't work after Dan PT's free copy claim runs out
Yeah she's only good if you REALLY want to make you're favorite DPS chrisos hire last longer into 4.x, her ult is too slow for little pay off for non chrisos hires (we have easier and better DMG buffs) worse Ture damage than RMC mains she's worse in single DPS teams and most duel DPS teams have a better support to run) and chances are the hires will end up getting better supports that also work for non chrisos hires, I like the idea of characters specific buffs but it's way to late for her

Cyrene is a good unit ......when she can using her first Ult but that that Ult might be unreachable for her without E2 ,even Memosprite it still feel to slow .Imagine you play Acheron without her LC and Cyrene even more horrible than that .
There are two major problems with Cyrene. The first being her ult and the time it takes to charge it. The main downside to her ult is that without a certain team and/or her eidolons it will take several rounds to activate and by that time the battle is either over (because cycles are used or the battle is finished) or almost finished and thus its a pointless use. The second is shes for Amphoreus characters and those alone which will make her age very VERY poorly

just skip her she is not good even at e6 she will be aged out by next planet
180 spd is needed for a passive trace. to use her entire kit, hit atleast 180spd/50c.rate and as much c.dmg and hp as possible, no matter her role.
