and this is pandoras box hoyo and the ones who still want her, play with! every high cost ult unit so far, with the right supports, works at e0. only aglaea needs sunday or hou2 or e1 or all of it, to feel good at least. this is a test how far they can go, with outsourcing crucial stuff, that should be in the base kit!
I might be said her E2 has more value in the future than E0 because it free ultimate at first round no matter what expensive your teammate Ult is so if the future has a unit that has super expensive Ult to set up the team ,Cyrene E2 will come to play .Yes ,it is so expensive but has more value .It kinda annoyed when the keep doing this.
Her fans should be happy to spend even more on their wife

For pull value ,you at least have 2 memo unit in your account first before pulling Cyrene .For future value ,it might even worse that super break because super break unit might be released in the future but chrysos heirs kinda already completed when 3.x so kinda question how long will this unit survive .
As I saw her game play ,she seem super strong with Memo team especially Evernight and Castorice team no matter which eidolon you gave her ,this 2 team just completely destroy everything with her . Outside this 2 might need E2 for comfy play and the buff not that impressive than Memo team .
So... If she's phainon best friend, do i pull for her as a Phainon Main? Lol
