A Glass of the Besotted Era can be obtained through the Shape of Gloam: Stagnant Shadow and defeating the Present Inebriated in Revelry enemy. The Shape of Gloam: Stagnant Shadow is located in the Penacony Grand Theater.
A Glass of the Besotted Era can also be obtained by exchanging it for another material in the Synthesizer.

Tracks of Destiny can be obtained as a reward for maxing out the points in the Simulated Universe. It can also be obtained by reaching Level 15 and 35 in the Nameless Honor Battle Pass.
You can also buy the Tracks of Destiny through the Embers and Starlight Exchange shops. Most of the time, you can also get them as a reward for completing Limited-Time Events.
