To get the Chirping Secret: The Westward Ordeal achievement, you must first collect all 20 Creation Nymphs in Fallen Twilight City. After, talk to the Garmentmaker near the Nightshade Courtyard Space Anchor.

Get A Hint From Garmentmaker

Honkai Star Rail - Get A Hint From Garmentmaker

The Garmentmaker will give you a hint after talking to it. The hint is written as "You must head east. The west wind shall grant you swiftness - do not squander its blessing".

Head to Southwest F1 of Fallen Twilight City

Honkai Star Rail - Head to Southwest F1 of Fallen Twilight City

Use the Road of Sunset Space Anchor and just beside it, you'll see a Janus Pig that spawns. You can also see the The Long Road Begins icon on the map.

Follow The Janus Pigs

You can start the hidden mission by hitting the first Janus Pig. After destroying it, proceed to follow the Janus Pigs that spawn and keep hitting them one after the other until you reach the end.
