Both Light Cone Banners were available from May 20, 2025 (UTC-5) until June 11, 2025. Make the World Clamor, Shadowed by Night, and Day One of My New Life were the 4-star rate-up Light Cones for both banners.

Hyacine and Cipher were officially announced during Version 3.3's Livestream. Hyacine is a 5-star Remembrance and Wind character that was released on May 20, 2025 for the NA Server and May 21, 2025 for Asia/EU Servers.
Cipher is a 5-star character that follows the Path of Nihility and uses the Quantum element. She was released on June 11, 2025 for Phase 2 of Version 3.3.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.3 Divergent Universe Update
The remaining Golden Blood's Boons in Divergent Universe: Protean Hero has been released in Version 3.3. This new buff system can switch between Day and Night more frequently, allowing players to trigger more Golden Blood's Boons effects!
Additionally, the Divergent Universe update includes a new function that allows you to input Strategy Codes and directly import Strategies made by other players into your game.

Aquila, otherwise known as the Sublime, Radiant, Avatar of the Sky, is a new story boss that Trailblazers will have to fight in Version 3.3! Trailblazers will encounter the boss as they progress through the 3.3 Trailblaze Mission, The Fall at Dawn's Rise.

Star Rail 3.3 New Upgrade Materials
Daythunder Anamnesis is a new Echo of War material that has been added in Version 3.3. Daythunder Anamnesis can be obtained from the Echo of War: Glance of Twilight and is used by Cipher to further advance her Traces!
In addition to this, Invasive Clot is a new Character Ascension material for Physical characters. Invasive Clot can be obtained from the new Shape of Deepsheaf Stagnant Shadow.
