To get the Portentous Goldwoven - Sanctum of Prophecy item, you must first collect all 10 Creation Nymphs in Sanctum of Prophecy. After, talk to the Garmentmaker and it will give you the scroll.

Use the Worshipper's Footpath Space Anchor and head towards the left to use the elevator. Go down to B2 and approach the mechanism for the Hand of Zagreus. The hand is what's needed to accomplish the puzzle.

Use the Number Pi to Solve the Puzzle

Here, you'll see that there are eight circles which is similar to the hint in the scroll. We will mark each circle with a number that is equal to each number in 3.1415926 or Pi (π). The circles above are marked in order.

Use the Hand and Go Through Circles in Order

Now, use the Hand of Zagreus and go through the circles in order. Start with 3, then 1, then 4, and so on. Do this in order or else you'll have to restart from the beginning.

The Number 9 is Any Circle

When you reach the number 9, you can go through any circle since it's non-existent according to the scroll. Resume with the next number which is 2 until you finish.
