The Clockwork: Garcia mission can be unlocked by talking to Garcia the Seed Contestant. This will start a conversation between you and Garcia. You also need a "Calm" Gear later on, so make sure you have one.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Garcia - Step 1
Talk to Garcia and he will tell you his frustrations about you winning the contest. During the conversation, he will get even more angry and a battle will commence.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Garcia - Step 2
After the battle, talk to Garcia again. He will talk to you again and abruptly end the conversation. Talk to him one more time and choose to activate Clockwork.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Garcia - Step 3
You need a Calm Gear to activate Garcia's Clockwork. He will then give you a Dream Ticker puzzle to solve, located just beside him.

Interact with the Dream Ticker and solve the puzzle. Turn the pieces just like in the video above to collect the first gear.

Next, move the mirror and the pieces just like in the video above to collect the second gear and finish the puzzle.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Garcia - Step 6
After finishing the Dream Ticker, talk to Garcia again. He will admit defeat and disappear. This marks the end of this Hidden Mission!
