Sailing Towards A Second Life is a great light cone for Hunt characters who either scale with Break Effect or use it in their kit. Sushang can use this Light Cone since it will improve the Break DMG she deals when inflicting Weakness Break on her enemies.
Is Sailing Towards A Second Life Worth It?
Great For Boothill
Sailing Towards A Second Life provides Boothill with additional Break Effect and allows his Break DMG to ignore a part of the enemy's DEF. This boosts his Break DMG even further.
The SPD buff is also great for Boothill since with a high SPD build, it will scale nicely and give him more turns to work with. This can be effective against Weakness Broken opponents.
Should You Pull?
Sailing Towards A Second Life works best with Break DPS characters. The Light Cone provides everything a Break DPS needs such as Break Effect, a DEF ignore when dealing Break DMG, and additional SPD compared to other Light Cones.
However, this Light Cone only excels for characters who use or scale well with Break Effect. This Light Cone is only best for Boothill right now since he can fully utilize it with his kit.
