Talk to Oksana in Clock Studios Theme Park

The Clockwork: Oksana mission can be unlocked by talking to Oksana the Philanthropist and providing a "Happy" Gear.

How to Complete The Clockwork: Oksana

Mission Walkthrough

Star Rail - Clockwork Oksana - Go to the corner of the theme park and retrieve the toy
Go to the southern area of the Clock Studios Theme Park and interact with the sealed box to collect Oksana's "Toys".

Star Rail - Clockwork Oksana - Give the toy to the buyer in the Golden Hour and complete the deal
Teleport to the Golden Hour to talk to the Trader and hand over Oksana's "Toys".

Star Rail - Clockwork Oksana - Report back to Oksana about the transaction
Head back to the Clock Studios Theme Park and talk to Oksana.

Star Rail - Clockwork Oksana - Catch up with the mystery lady and ask her what she knows
Teleport to the Theme Park Entrance space anchor and talk to the Mysterious Stranger.

Star Rail - Clockwork Oksana - Go back and confront Oksana
Teleport back to the Screening Area Entrance space anchor and talk to Oksana and you can either refuse the blood money or take it.

Refuse the Blood Money

If you refuse the Blood Money, the Bloodhound will arrive and arrest Oksana. You will be awarded with the Lord of War achievement for your trouble.

Honkai Star Rail - Leave The Area
Leave the Theme Park

If you decide to take the Blood Money from Oksana, the game will give you two choices again.Either you leave the area and take the Blood Money for yourself or talk to Woolsey to report Oksana.

Leaving the area will reward you with the Achievement, Dishonored Legacy. If you decide to report Oksana to Woolsey, you'll instead get the Achievement, Better Late than Never.

Obtained Achievements on Completion

After completing The Clockwork: Oksana mission, you can unlock either of the three achievements depending on your choices: Lord of War, Dishonored Legacy, and Better Late than Never.
