Each time the wearer attacks, this effect can only trigger 1 time on each target. The wearer deals 24% increased DMG to targets afflicted with Miragle Fizzle, and the DMG dealt by the wearer's Ultimate additionally increases by 24%.

Is Along the Passing Shore Worth It?

Great For Acheron

Along the Passing Shore provides Acheron with the Mirage Fizzle debuff, which is amazing since it allows her to trigger it during her Ultimate because it hits multiple times. This means that her Ultimate fully benefits from the DMG increases of the debuff.

This allows Acheron's Ultimate to easily decimate enemies whenever she uses her Ultimate. The increase in CRIT DMG can also help her get that sweet CRIT Rate to CRIT DMG balance, which is amazing for damage consistency.

Should You Pull?

Along the Passing Shore is a good choice if you want to utilize the Mirage Fizzle debuff for your DPS. It provides CRIT DMG which most hypercarry DPS characters love. This allows them to deal more damage and makes them easier to build.

The downside of this is that the Mirage Fizzle debuff only lasts for one turn, which means you need to trigger it and benefit from it in the same turn. Additionally, DoT characters can't take advantage of the CRIT DMG boost since DoTs can't crit.

Most DPS Nihility characters currently rely on DoTs to deal their damage and the only thing they can benefit from this Light Cone is the DMG increase debuff. Currently, this Light Cone is only best for Acheron since she can fully utilize it with her kit.
