How to Get A Child's Dream Chests

A Child's Dream Chest 1

Chest 1 is located in the same room as the Clock Factory Space Anchor at the southeastern area of the map. The chest will be behind some dividers and next to a pile of books.

A Child's Dream Chest 2

From Chest 1, exit the room and turn left. Chest 2 will be all the way at the end in the southernmost area of the map. A framed poster will be on the wall right above it.

A Child's Dream Chest 3

After getting Chest 2, head north and turn left once you pass the Golden Calyx. Enter the southwest Dreamwalker puzzle room and use the Dream Bubbles to get to the marked location. You must repair the Dream Ticker to get Chest 3.

A Child's Dream Chest 4

From Chest 3, head to the left and you will find Chest 4 a few steps away from you. The chest will be in front of a large bookshelf.

A Child's Dream Chest 5

Activate the control panel near Chest 4 to bring in a platform that bridges both sides of the room. Refresh your charges at the Bubble Tower to use the Bubble Bridge by the platform. With this, you can reach the area where Chest 5 will be.

A Child's Dream Chest 6

From the Eddying Dreamscape Space Anchor, head towards the central Dreamwalker puzzle room. Go down the first flight of stairs and take the last set of stairs on your right. Chest 6 will come from a Dream Jigsaw puzzle at the end of the path.

A Child's Dream Chest 7

After getting Chest 6, go back up and head towards the left side of the puzzle room. Use the Dream Bubbles to get onto the left wall. Proceed onward and turn right at the splitting paths to find Chest 7.

A Child's Dream Chest 8

From Chest 7, head straight at the splitting paths and you will reach the next Bubble Bridge that takes you to the other wall. You will spot Chest 8 northwest of you.

A Child's Dream Chest 9

After getting Chest 8, use the nearby Bubble Bridge to go to the next wall. Keep walking straight and you'll find Chest 9 up ahead near a Bubble Tower.

A Child's Dream Chest 10

From Chest 9, refresh your charges at the Bubble Tower and take the Bubble Bridge leading upwards. Continue forward and you'll find a Dream Jigsaw that you'll need to solve to get Chest 10.

A Child's Dream Chest 11

Return back to the area where you found Chest 9 and refresh your bubble charges to take the bridge leading downwards this time. Follow the path forward and you'll find Chest 11 by a Bubble Bridge.

A Child's Dream Chest 12

From Chest 11, take the path on the right side of it and use the Bubble Bridge at the end. At the next area, you'll find a Dream Jigsaw that will grant you with Chest 12. Solving this puzzle will also remove the nearby barrier.

A Child's Dream Chest 13

After getting Chest 12, go through the walkway that's been opened up and turn left once you pass the lamp by the staircase. Chest 13 will be next to a control panel, which you can activate to form a bridge.

A Child's Dream Chest 14

Once you've activated the control panel, cross the platform to refresh your charges at the nearby Bubble Tower. Return to the area where you found Chest 13 and turn left to go up the Bubble Bridge. You must solve the Dream Jigsaw to get Chest 14.

A Child's Dream Chest 15

After getting Chest 14, go back down the Bubble Bridge and head up the stairs on your left. Chest 15 will be at the top and near the exit of the puzzle room.

Head back to the spot where you found Chest 12 and go through the nearby door. You will eventually enter a study room where a broken Dream Ticker willl be. Repair it to get Chest 16.

Chest 17 is located in the same room as Chest 16. It will be floating in midair behind a big table with many books on top of it.

From the Corridor of Memories Space Anchor, enter the small room on the left side. A broken Dream Ticker will be surrounded by large toy blocks. Repair it to get Chest 18.

Head to the area northeast of the Corridor of Memories Space Anchor. Chest 19 will be next to a fireplace, but you'll need to get rid of the enemies surrounding it to properly open the chest.

Chest 20 is in the circular room at the northernmost area of the map. This is the chest you need to open to progress the Through a Glass Darkly mission. You will get an Unknown Puzzle Fragment from it.

A Child's Dream Lordly Trashchans

A Child's Dream Lordly Trashcan 1

The first Lordly Trashcan in A Child's Dream is located in the central Dreamwalker puzzle room. From Chest 9, take the Bubble Bridge leading downwards and you will spot the Trashcan on your right while on the way to the next bridge.

You can get the Trashcan's rewards without fighting it by choosing Option 3 both times during your conversation with it.

A Child's Dream Lordly Trashcan 2

The second Lordly Trashcan in A Child's Dream is located in the same area as Chest 19. The Trashcan will be right next to a gray cabinet with books on top of it.

During your conversation with the Trashcan, select Option 2 then Option 3 in this order to get rewards without engaging it in battle.

The Warp Trotter in A Child's Dream is located in the northernmost room of the map. The Trotter will only appear after completing the Through a Glass Darkly Trailblaze Mission.

The first challenge of A Child's Dream can be found near the Eddying Dreamscape Space Anchor in the central area of the map.

All enemies are weak to Physical. Characters like Argenti and Sushang are good for their elemental advantage. Bringing a shielder like the Fire Trailblazer will also help deal rebound damage to the Gorilla.

The Formidable Foes guarding the chest are all weak to Lightning. AoE characters like Serval, Kafka, or Jing Yuan are recommended for this challenge.
