Yes, final victor at S5 is better for Topaz than Swordplay. In relic stats, you can go full crit rate, approx. 80-90, since Topaz gets a lot of crit damage from her talent, ult along with addition from the Final victor.

wondering if this would be good as an alternative to swordplay for topaz... too many hunt chars not enough light cones!
