Pure Fiction Grit Mechanics and Phase Duration

Technicality Entrapment Grit Mechanic
After allies use Skill to attack enemy targets, every enemy target hit additionally accumulates 5 Grit Value for allies.
Concordant Truce	At the start of battle, after an ally uses their Skill to attack an enemy target, deals a set amount of DMG to all attacked enemy targets.
Surging Grit	Upon entering Surging Grit, advances all allies actions by 100% and increases DMG received by enemy targets during this period by 50%. Additionally, after an ally uses their Skill to attack an enemy target, deals an additional set amount of DMG to all attacked enemy targets and adjacent targets.

Use Lightning and Ice Characters

Most enemies in the First Half are weak to Lightning and Ice damage, so using characters of these elements is highly recommended. You can also bring Physical characters since the enemies of the final wave are all weak to it.

Use Imaginary and Physical Characters

For the Second Half, Imaginary and Physical characters are recommended for this fight. You can also bring Lightning characters here as some enemies have it as a weakness.

How to Beat Stage 1 - Technicality Entrapment

Focus on Adds to Decrease Boss HP

In Wave 1 for both parts, you'll need to defeat all the adds that appear. Each time you defeat an enemy, it damages the boss HP bar on the top part of the screen, similar to how you fight Cirrus.

In Wave 2 and 3, a Boss should appear and the only way to beat it is to finish off the adds that spawn to deal it damage. You'll mostly just need to focus on the Adds for this Stage to clear it.

Increase Grit Value for Buffs

Defeating enemies will allow you to build up your Grit Value and when it reaches 100% meter, it will enter the Surging Grit phase. During Surging Grit, you gain powerful buffs that last within a certain action value.

Aside from the buff you get from Surging Grit, you also get additional buffs that you get from your Cacophony.

Defeat Wraith Wardens to Avoid Getting Stunned

To avoid your party getting inflicted with Reverberation, try to defeat the Wraith Wardens before they get a turn. Getting inflicted with Reverberation and getting attacked afterward will inflict Strong Reverberation that stuns the afflicted party member.

In Part 1, make sure to save up your Ultimate before Wave 3 to defeat the Wraith Warden as fast as possible. In Wave 3 of Part 2, since it's the boss that applies it, you can bring healers that can cleanse status effects like Huohuo.

Attack to Mr. Domescreen to Switch Channel

When against a Mr. Domescreen enemy, make sure to switch its channel from the Fright Channel (Angry Face) to Surprise Channel (Happy Face). This will prevent its attack that deals damage and reduces your energy and will instead let you regen energy.

This shouldn't matter too much when you're running a Hypercarry Acheron team, as she does not need energy to use her ultimate, but try to switch it still if possible.
