Progress the Critter Pick Event Quests

You can unlock recipes for Rare Creations by progressing through the Critter Pick event missions. These Nurture Recipes can be viewed in the Research Handbook!

Select Creations with the Target Traits

When choosing parental creations to combine in the Lifeform Oven, you'll want both creations to have most of the target traits in the recipe. This can help lessen the chances of getting an unwanted trait in the resulting creation!

Repeatedly Nurture Creations

Although you can target specific traits, mutation events are random. However, you can repeat the nurturing process to raise your Resolution Rate, which increases your chances of getting Special Mutations that grant a Rare Creation!

Have Creations Inherit Multiple Traits

Since you can only combine two parental creations at a time, you may need to combine critters to have them inherit multiple base traits. Check out our Lifeform Oven guide to see all the possible traits you can mix and match!
