What is the Haunted House Password?

1328 is the Haunted House Safe Password

You can find out the Haunted House safe password by solving a puzzle and finding the code for T. Based on the clues, the safe password is 1328.

The hints provided are: M is 71839, N is 7193, and V is 183. To make sense of these numbers, you must visualize them on a keypad numbered from 1 to 9 and try drawing out the given letters. To get the letter T, you need to pass through 1, 3, 2, and 8 in that order!

Go to the Alchemy Commission to meet up with the poster, Renault. He'll tell you more about the situation at hand.

Enter the Haunted House

When you're ready, talk to Guinaifen to enter the Exploratory Excursion. Try to bring Physical, Ice, or Wind characters since there will be more Wraith Wardens than Illumination Dragonfish.

Interact with the Advertisement Board

Investigate the nearby Ad board on the wall. No matter what choices you pick during the interaction, you will get an Unusually Colored Lodestone. Head further into the house to seek out the safe.

Use the Lodestone on the Box

Find the cardboard box sitting on the left side of the locked door by Sushang and Guinaifen. You need to use the magnetic Lodestone to get the key to said door.

Get the Glaive Before the Next Room

Before you leave the room, investigate the box at the northeastern corner of the room. You'll get a Shattered Cloud Knight Devastator Glaive which you'll need in the next room.

Use the Glaive on the Courier Package

Once you're in the next room, Interact with the box by the shelves to find a courier package. Use the glaive you just got to cut it open and get the key to the next locked door.

Investigate the Room More First

Before moving on to the next room, you'll need to find more items in the room first. You can find an Old Bell by the shrubbery. Then, investigate the boxes to the right of the locked door to get a Square Rice Ball.

Use the Old Bell on the Pile of Boxes

In the next room, look for the pile of boxes to the right of Guinaifen and Sushang. Use the bell on it to lure out whatever's rustling around in there.

Give the Square Rice Ball to the Critter

A courier package will make its way out of the pile. Give the rice ball to the critter inside, then it will crawl out and leave handprints on the wall. Investigate the spot where the handprints end to get Discarded Letter Sheets.

Figure Out the Safe Code

Go back to the first room with an engraved stone in the center. Use the letter sheets to get Rubbings on Paper. This offers a clue to the code you need to input for the safe in the last room.

Input 1328 as the Password

The haunted house code is 1, 3, 2, 8. This comes from the stroke order you need to make on the keypad to draw out the letter T! Head to the room with the safe again to input the code.

Ask Sushang for Help to Get the Code

If you are unable to solve the puzzle, you can ask Sushang for help after inputting the wrong code three times!

Defeat the Heliobus in Battle

A heliobus will come out of the safe you just unlocked. After the battle, you can capture it and leave the haunted house.

For this fight, you should bring mostly Physical characters since the Wraith Wardens and Dragonfish are all weak to it. Ice and Wind characters can also be used to break the Wardens' toughness a lot faster.

After using Edict: Quincunx Smite, target the Dragonfish so the attack is blasted to the other enemies as well. Then, you can target the others still inflicted with the exorcismic to take down the Dragonfish faster and have it explode.

Show the Deed to the Landlord

Once you're out of the excursion, return to the landlord and show the Property Deed to him. Here, you'll learn the actual truth of the situation.

Make a Post at the Suppression Tower

Head back to Fyxestroll Garden and go to the Locufox Forest suppression tower to seal the heliobus. Make a post about the haunted house and the quest is done!
