Luofu Myths Specterlight Records Quest Walkthrough

Specterlight Records Summary

• Step 1: Go to Shouling in Fyxestroll Garden.
• Step 2: Test Out the Exorcist Cycrane.
• Step 3: Capture 3 Heliobi with the Cycrane.
• Step 4: Catch the Arrogant Heliobus.
• Step 5: Defeat the Heliobus in Battle.
• Step 6: Head towards March 7th.
• Step 7: Make a Post at the Suppression Tower.

Go to Shouling in Fyxestroll Garden

Head to Shouling in the southeast area of Fyxestroll Garden. He will hand over an Exorcist Cycrane that can capture heliobi.

Test Out the Exorcist Cycrane

You will be prompted to give the cycrane a test run. The heliobi will appear one at a time. The first will just be a bit below your starting position. The second one will be a bit higher and northwest from the first. Lastly, the third heliobi will be southwest from the second.

Capture 3 Heliobi with the Cycrane

It will now be time for the real deal. Head to the Divination Commission to bring out the Exorcist Cycrane. There will be a lot of heliobi in front of you, but you only need to capture 3 to complete the objective. Luckily, they're all near each other in a circular pattern.

Catch the Arrogant Heliobus

A blue heliobus will appear and provoke you to catch it. It will circle around the Matrix of Prescience, but keep catching up to it and it will eventually stop.

Defeat the Heliobus in Battle

Once the heliobus stops running away, it will challenge you to a fight instead. The heliobus will finally surrender once you defeat it in battle.

You'll want to bring characters who deal good AoE attacks for this fight. Lightning, Physical, and Imaginary characters should be enough to cover all enemy weaknesses.

Since there are four enemies, use Edict: Quincunx Smite so that it inflicts blast attacks when characters deal damage. This makes it much easier to take down multiple enemies at the same time.

Head towards March 7th

One last heliobus will appear a bit to the west where March 7th is standing. You'll be prompted to catch it as well, but it will disappear once you get to it. A short conversation with March 7th follows next.

Make a Post at the Suppression Tower

Head back to Fyxestroll Garden and go to the Swallowsong Pavilion suppression tower to seal the heliobus. Then, you'll be prompted to make a Ghostly Grove post to wrap up the quest!
