Talk to the Chess Ghost

Head to the Exalting Sanctum and talk to the Chess Ghost. Yanqing will be standing in front of her. The ghost will challenge you to a game of Pathfinder.

After solving the Chess Ghost's puzzle, she'll then challenge you to a fight. Defeat her in battle to finally capture her!

The enemies in this battle are fairly weak, especially since the Edict: Evil Cleanse exorcismics can bring most of their HP down on its own. To have an even easier time, you'll want to bring Lightning, Physical, and Imaginary characters who deal good AoE DMG.

Seal the Heliobus in the Suppression Tower

Once the Chess Ghost has been captured, go to the Pavilion of Cessation suppression tower in Fyxestroll Garden to seal her away.

Create a Post on the Chess Ghost

You will then be prompted to create a post about the Chess Ghost for the Ghostly Grove. Choose a post style and hit publish to wrap up the Investigation Assignment!
