The Ghost Actor quest can be found in the Fyxestroll Garden, south of the Pavilion of Cessation Corridor space anchor. The quest can be started by interacting with the partition.

Ghost Actor Quest Walkthrough
Ghost Actor Quest Day 1
To start the hidden mission for the Ghost Actor quest, fast travel to the Pavilion of Cessation Corridor at the Fyxestroll Garden in The Xianzhou Luofu. From there, head to the other side of the area and interact with the partition.
A ghost actor should appear before you and ask if you want to learn Zhuming flower-drum opera with her. Pick the "I'll Learn From You" dialogue option to continue the quest. Afterward, talk to her again to complete the first day of the quest.
Ghost Actor Quest Day 2
Travel back to the Fyxestroll Garden and talk to the Ghost Actor again, and she will sing the song "Wedding Wine". You'll have to carefully listen to the song, as afterwards, you'll need to complete the song with her.
Be sure you either memorize the lines she says or look at the chat with the Story Recap function if you don't feel like remembering her lines. Once you finish singing with her, talk to her again and you'll get the achievement Mountain of Recto, Water of Verso.

Mess Up The Lines to Fight the Ghost
If you mess up the lines for the opera, you will instead have to fight the Ghost Actor and will have a different achievement upon the hidden quest's completion.
The fight is fairly easy, where you just need to fight a single Entranced Ingenium - Illumination Dragonfish.

Once you finish the quest, you will be rewarded with Lost Gold Fragment, Strale, and Credits.
Finish to Get An Achievement
After completing the quest, you will be able to unlock the achievement, Mountain of Recto, Water of Verso if you don't mess up the lines of the song.
If you do mess up the lines and fight the Ghost Actor, you will get the Apprentice, Disciple Renegade achievement instead.
