To unlock Oldies Depot Merchant Collab, you just need to progress the Back in Business Part 1 Quest as it is mandatory to finish the quest. Once you do, you will unlock the Merchant Event for Oldies Depot!

Finish Heron Express Merchant Collab
Oldies Depot is part of the Back In Business Part 1 mission line. Yoiu need to have finished the Heron Express Merchant Event to proceed.
Become a Business Advisor
You need to agree with Mingxi to become Aurums Alley's business advisor.
Talk to Lianyan
Mingxi will ask you to talk to the President. They are unavailable so proceed to talk to Lianyan to proceed.
Complete Logistics Planning
Lianyan will ask you to integrate Oldies Depot into the Logistics Plan. You need to reach to reach a Logistic Score of 30, which means you need to use the score boosting tile.
Low Level Logistics Planning Guide
Oldies Depot Merchant Collab Rewards
New Orders, Goods, and Prosperity Certificates
After receiving Oldies Depot's Merchant Collab, you will unlock two new orders for Phase 1 and also receive Prosperity Certificates from the Store Index! This will also end the Back In Business Part 1 mission.
