Honkai: Star Rail 1.3 was released on August 30, 2023. Phase 1 featured Dan Heng - Imbibitor Lunae's banner, along with his matching Light Cone, Brighter Than the Sun.

In Phase 2, Fu Xuan released with Lynx in her character banner, alongside her respective Light Cone, She Already Shut Her Eyes.
