Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 Special Program aired on August 18, 2023. The livestream announced Dan Heng - Imbibitor Lunae, Fu Xuan, and Lynx' release, along with an all-new update to the Simulated Universe!

Following the six-week schedule, Honkai Star Rail Version 1.3 will release on August 30, 2023!
