Since the stage boosts characters who specialize in DoT, it's best to use all three characters who are best at it and pair them with a healer. Luocha is the best for this because he can heal without using Skill Points which can be given to the other three instead.

Note that you can bring Sampo from the start of the stage however, his trial character is likely to be found within the levels of the mine.

How to Reach Surface Exploration Level 8

Level	Ruin 1 Surface Exploration Day 1
1	Level Details: Storage Room - A large number of items can be obtained. • Press on tiles that can open or illuminate more areas. • Do not click on any Ancient Equipment until you encounter an enemy that can block other tiles. • Work your way through the edges of the where the Door Card will likely be.
2	Level Details: Supply Center - A large amount of Supply Items can be obtained. • Press on tiles that can illuminate other tiles until you find an enemy then defeat them. • Get all Stamina Supplies and any Ancient Equipment if you want to boost your stats and only if you have the stamina for the equipment. • The door card will also be located on the top row.
3	Level Details: Surface Encounter - might encounter other Treasure Hunters. • Press on the tiles that will allow you to get to the trial character in the stage. • Search for the Door Card near the edges of the stage.
4	Level Details: Arsenal - You will immediately obtain a bomb. • Immediate priority is getting the bomb. • Use the bomb on the enemy near the Door Card. • Press on tiles to make your way toward the door card.
5	Level Details: Ambushed - Enemies will appear immediately. • Press on the illuminated tiles until you get a bomb from it, do this until you have two or more bombs. • Then use the bomb on the enemy nearest to the door card. • After that, get the door card and you can either get the other relics or exit to the other stage!
6	Level Details: Relic Vault - Obtain an Ancient Relic at the start. • The ancient relics and the elite enemies will likely be near to each other, get the relic then immediately beat the enemies. • After you defeat the enemy, all the tiles will unlock and you can choose which one of the items or supplies to get! • You can also get the Door Card this way.
7	Level Details: Surface Encounter - might encounter other Treasure Hunters. • Clear the path to get to the new trial character as soon as possible. • Then get all the bombs if you see any. • The Door Card is likely at the edges of the box again.
8	Level Details: Seige Breaker - Defeat all the enemies to activate the teleporter. • Immediately clear the path toward the trial character. • After that, defeat the Elite Enemy near the trial character after that, you can leave!

How to Reach Deep Exploration Level 6

1	Level Details: Relic Vault - Obtain relics at the start. • Get the relic immediately and check how it works to accomplish its objective. • Defeat any enemies you encounter. • Get the Door Key around the edges of the box tiles.
2	Level Details: Ambushed - Enemies will be at the start of the event. • Press on the tiles that you can press to get any bombs. • Then use the bomb on the enemies nearest to the trial character. • Click on the outer sides of the tiles until you get the Door Card!
3	Level Details: Ambushed - Enemies will be at the start of the event. • Press on the tiles available to you until you get a bomb. • Use the bomb on any of the enemies near the Elite Enemy. • Make your way toward the elite enemy and defeat it. • Press on the tiles until you get the Door Card!
4	Level Details: Sursurface Encounter - might encounter other Treasure Hunters. • Make your way toward the trial character and defeat any enemies around them. • After defeating the enemies, press on the edges of the tiles to find the Door Card!
5	Level Details: Relic Vault - Obtain relics at the start. • Get the Relic at the start. • Defeat the Elite Enemy you encounter and use the relic there. • Press on the tiles until you find the Door Card!
6	Level Details: Razor's Edge - Defeat all the enemies to activate the teleporter. • Get to the trial character right off the bat. • Defeat the elite enemy behind them. • After you defeat the enemy, you can keep opening tiles to get more items or leave since the teleporter is now open!
