Underground Treasure Hunt is a Treasure Mine Event where you conduct a Surface Exploration and a Deep Exploration in five ruins within the Great Mine to get Ancient Relics and defeat enemies!

Complete the Silent Galaxy Trailblaze Mission

To unlock the Underground Treasure Hunt, you must complete the Silent Galaxy Trailblaze Mission which is part of the In the Sweltering Morning Sun Trailblaze Mission Series! Note that you must be at least Trailblaze Level 24 to unlock the mission.

How to Play Underground Treasure Hunt

Surface and Deep Exploration Process

• Step 1: Start the Unlock Mission!

Start the Unlock Mission

To start the event, talk to Balaway who has discovered new ruins within the Great Mine and he will lead you to the senior treasure hunter, Aksay to be his exploration assistant! There will be a mission each day to unlock a new stage within the Underground Treasure Hunt.

Two Exploration Types

Within a stage, there are two types of ruin exploration: Surface Exploration with easier enemies and Deep Exploration which raises the difficulty. Additionally, you won't recover Stamina when you reach a new floor in Deep Exploration.

Surface Exploration has 8 levels while Deep Exploration has 6. Note that you can only unlock the Deep Exploration after completing the Surface Exploration!

Talk to Aksay to Enter the Ruins

Once you've completed all prerequisites to join Aksay, talk to him to enter the ruins. Before actually entering the ruins, a screen will pop out that shows the ruin details, inherited ruin stats, and upcoming enemies. The screen also has the edit team section.

Use a Team Suited for the Enemies

You must have team members before you can enter the ruin. The possible enemies will be shown on the initial screen, so you can choose team members that can work against them! You can also use trial characters if you don't have the right characters built.

You can also encounter characters within the mine who will turn into trial characters that can aid you explore!

Press on the Highlighted Tiles

The ''mine'' is arranged like a square set of tiles. On the set of tiles, you can only click on the highlighted ones to progress through an area which will also subsequently show you anything hidden there!

Plan a Route to Manage Stamina

Pressing on the tiles will consume stamina. There's a limit to the amount of stamina that you have. So, you must plan out your route to conserve it as much as possible. You can also obtain provision supplies that can recover your stamina.

Note that if you run out of stamina, exploring will consume your entire team's HP. This will render them vulnerable against enemies you may encounter within the mine!

Find Ancient Equipment for Boosts

While exploring the area, you can get ancient equipment that can boost your team's stats or even defeat enemies within an area!

Use Ancient Relics for Buffs

Ancient Relics are items that can buff your characters and aid you in battle similar to Path Blessings in the Simulated Universe. Completing the objective associated with the Ancient Relic will grant you additional rewards!

Defeat Discovered Enemies

You can also find enemies within the ruins, these enemies can block a path or even enhance other enemies within the level! Defeat the ones you need to make exploring easier. On the last level, you must defeat all enemies to exit the stage!

Get Help From Extra Characters

Within the ruins, you can encounter additional trial characters that you can add to your team! Make use of them when facing enemies with weaknesses you don't have covered.

Additionally, you may encounter Recruitment Areas where you can add a character you own to your team and help with the exploration!

Explore Various Mine Levels

Each type of exploration has a certain amount of levels within the mine, you can only get to the next level by discovering the Door Card which will open the entrance to the next level or floor!

During a stage, you can encounter random characters within the ruins as you explore! These trial characters can be used within the stage they are available in for the duration of the event.

All Ancient Relics Effects and Objectives

Relic	Effects and Objectives
Geomarrow Forge	Effect: All allies regenerate Energy up to their respective Max Energy and enter the Scorch state for 3 turns. Scorched units increase their Ultimate DMG by 100% and their Weakness Break efficiency by 150%. Objectives: Have a target ally Break 1 enemy's Weakness while the ally is enhanced by the Ancient Relic. Rewards: After accomplishing the objective, automatically unlock all unexplored areas.
Attenuation Laser	Effect: Add Type Weaknesses to all allies' attack Types to a single enemy target and inflict Attenuation. Units in the Attenuation state receive increased Break DMG by 500%, and receive increased Toughness DMG by 100%. Objectives: Use the Ancient Relic to add a Weakness to enemy target(s) and Break their Weakness. Rewards: After accomplishing the objective, receive 3 pieces of Ancient Armor.
Energy Storage Brick	Effect: All allies enter the Energy Storage state for 2 turns. Energy Storing units increase their Skill DMG by 150%, and their next action after using their Skill is Advanced Forward by 100%. Objectives: Have a target ally defeat 1 enemy while the ally is enhanced by the Ancient Relic. Rewards: After accomplishing the objective, receive 3 Ancient Weapons.
Equilibrium Arc	Effect: Deals a set amount of DMG to all enemies equal to 50% of their respective Max HP. Objectives: Use the Ancient Relic to defeat 1 enemy. Rewards: After accomplishing the objective, receive 3 Ancient Bombs.
Overclocking Turbine	Effect: The targeted ally immediately takes action and enters the Overclock state for 5 turns. Overclocked units increase their DMG dealt by 150% and their SPD by 100%. Objectives: Have a target ally defeat 1 enemy while the ally is enhanced by the Ancient Relic. Rewards: After accomplishing the objective, recover 12 Stamina.
