Aventurine	Aventurine's shields can provide him the necessary Effect RES to activate the Ornament without Relic sub-stats.
Sparkle	Sparkle's buff from her Skill scales on CRIT DMG. The CRIT DMG bonus can benefit the entire party as long as she's on the field.
Fu Xuan	Fu Xuan has some Effect RES traces that makes building her with this set easier. The CRIT DMG bonus can benefit the entire party as long as she's on the field.
Bronya	Bronya further improves a team's DPS output with the 10% CRIT DMG bonus provided by this Ornament, which in turn also increases her personal buff output from her Ultimate.
Luocha	Luocha can use this set if you are building both ATK and Effect RES on him. If you are using Perfect Timing as Luocha's Light Cone, then you can maximize the effect of this set since the Light Cone increases Outgoing Healing based on Effect RES.
Tingyun	This is a great set for Tingyun since she would be able to provide a buff to CRIT DMG which has a lot of value. The only drawback is that you have to stack some Effect RES for the set effect to activate.
Trailblazer (Fire)	The Trailblazer (Fire) can make use of this set as well. As a tank, you can stack Effect RES and have the bonus CRIT DMG buff for your party on top of it when using this set.
