Additionally, Echoes of the Coffin turns Luocha into a pseudo-Harmony unit due to the SPD buff it gives to allies when he uses his Ultimate. It also allows Luocha to charge his Ultimate whenever he attacks!

The first Light Cone that comes to mind is Time Waits for No One which buffs the wearer's Max HP and Outgoing Healing.

Echoes of the Coffin gives Luocha everything he needs to maximize his usability. Specifically, an increase of his ATK stat, Energy Regeneration, and also a SPD buff to all allies.
