Northwest Room of Supply Zone F2

From the Electrical Room space anchor, head north until you reach the room located at the top left of the map. Interact with the table and you will be prompted to book a meeting.

Return to the Same Spot the Next Day

Return to the meeting room after a server reset to encounter the researchers having the meeting. After acting as the mediator of their debate, you will be rewarded.

Joining the researchers during their meeting will reward you with 1 Condensed Aether and 20 Hertareum.
