Honkai Star Rail - Odd Meeting Place Location

From the Electrical Room space anchor, head north until you reach the room located at the top left of the map. Interact with the table and you will be prompted to book a meeting.

Return to the Same Spot the Next Day

Honkai Star Rail - Researchers Appear at the Meeting
Return to the meeting room after a server reset to encounter the researchers having the meeting. After acting as the mediator of their debate, you will be rewarded.

An Odd Meeting Place Rewards

Hertareum and Condensed Aether

Joining the researchers during their meeting will reward you with 1 Condensed Aether and 20 Hertareum.

Honkai Star Rail - Mediating the Debate between Researchers
You can locate the odd meeting place at any time to book the meeting and trigger the quest. When you join the meeting the next day and take responsibility as the organizer, you will gain extra rewards.
