How to Beat Welterweight on Day 3

Bring Characters With Follow-Ups

Since you will be receiving buffs mostly catered to follow-up attacks, it's recommended that you bring characters that can follow up, such as Herta, for example.

This will allow you to make full use of the buffs and easily break the shield of any enemies you encounter with the help of Hot Pursuit and deal massive damage from Indiscriminate Blitz.

How to Do Follow-Up Attacks

Keep Using Ultimates in Round 4

Try to always use your Ultimate whenever possible, especially if you have characters that can easily break an enemy's shield. This is so you don't waste Arsonous Larceny, which allows you to immediately regenerate all allies' Energy to maximum.

Since Ultimates are considered follow-up attacks, you'll be wasting a whole lot of DPS just by mistiming it.

Always try to use Ultimates that don't actively break an enemy's shield first before the ones that do to get the most out of your damage before it resets.

It's also good to use your character's Ultimate just before the Frigid Prowler is about to summon adds to be able to break them to reset your Ultimate.

Follow-Up Team

Jing Yuan	Bronya	Himeko	Herta

This team composition relies heavily on the follow-up attacks of each character, especially with Himeko and Herta.

Using Herta and her advantage over ice, she will be able to easily break her enemies' shield, allowing Himeko to follow up and consequently procing Herta's talent follow-up attack.

As you head into the final two rounds, Jing Yuan will be able to deal massive damage towards enemies, and with the Hot Pursuit buff, easily break their shield thanks to his Lightning-Lord follow-up attack from his Talent.

Since he will be constantly breaking his enemies' shield, he is able to spam his Ultimate repeatedly with the Arsonous Larceny buff.

Alternative Characters

Character	Merits
Yanqing	DPS Replacement Yanqing being single-target Ice DPS, makes him a good choice for this fight since most enemies are weak to ice. He also has a follow-up attack thanks to his Talent, One With the Sword.
Serval	DPS Replacement While Serval is technically not a follow-up character, because of the Indiscriminate Blitz buff, she can still deal a massive amount of damage against her enemies with her Ultimate.
Clara	DPS Replacement While she won't be able to break enemies anymore after the first round, she can still dish out a ton of damage thanks to her counter-attacks, which also count as a follow-up attack.
Tingyun	Support Replacement If you don't have Bronya, using Tingyun is a great alternative, as she also grants an attack buff for her allies.

Serval	Herta	March 7th	Asta

In this team composition, we will be using the Trial Character, Serval, as our main DPS for the last two rounds, with Herta acting as a sub-dps to break your enemies' shield since the majority of the enemies you'll encounter are weak to ice.

We'll also be using Asta for her attack and speed buff and have her help breaking your enemies' shield for later rounds to proc the Arsonous Larceny buff.

March 7th will also act as a support follow-up attacker, allowing her to break enemies easily with Hot Pursuit whenever a shielded party member gets attacked.

However, if you're struggling to survive against enemies in the later rounds, you can swap either Asta or March 7th with Fire Trailblazer or Natasha for increased survivability.

Welterweight Day 3 Buffs

Indiscriminate Blitz	When an ally uses their Ultimate, it is considered as a follow-up attack. Increases the DMG of follow-up attacks by 200%.
The Element of Surprise	Increases the CRIT Rate of allies' follow-up attacks by 100%.
Hot Pursuit	Increases the Weakness Break efficiency of follow-up attacks by 300%.
Arsonous Larceny	When an ally inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, regenerates all allies' Energy to maximum.
