Chest 1 is located right next to the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Blaze northwest of the map. As soon as you arrive at the area, the chest will be to your left.

Chest 2 is locked behind the quest, The Adventurous Moles. You can obtain the quest from Julian and proceed to this area when you are tasked to find three clues around Belobog.

Chest 3 is located east of the Frontline Space Anchor. The chest is on the platform on the west side of the central gear mechanism.

Chest 4 is located on the north side of the central gear mechanism. Rotate the central mechanism to create a path going north. Climb up the staircase to get to the chest.

Chest 5 is located west of the Outpost Space Anchor. The chest is on the platform on the east side of the central gear mechanism.

Chest 6 is located just a few steps west of the Outpost Space Anchor. The chest is found at the northwest corner of the area next to a tent.

Chests 7 and 8 are locked behind the quest called Vessel of Mediocrity (Part 2). Completing the Box puzzle in both will reward the player with both Chests.
Chest 7 is rewarded to the player by Cyrille after solving the box puzzle for the first time.

Chest 9 is located at a small alley northwest of the Energy Hub Space Anchor. During the main quest, there will be a guard standing there.

Chest 10 is in the area with the Energy Hub Space Anchor. The chest is located among crates and gun racks.

Chest 11 is found in the area with the Energy Hub device. The chest is right behind the gated area.

Chest 12 is located in an alley northeast of the Energy Hub device. During the Trailblaze Mission, Unattainable Idol, the chest will be located near a guard.
