Reflective Floor is a timed quest in Honkai: Star Rail. Players will need to complete the quest within 4 hours after receiving it in order to get its related quest rewards.

How to Unlock Reflective Floor

Speak to Pom-Pom Aboard the Astral Express

You can unlock this quest by talking to Pom-Pom aboard the Astral Express and selecting the <!> option. However, do note that the quests that you get from Pom-Pom are random, and this is only one of many short quests that you can get if you speak to the small conductor!

1	Pom-Pom is annoyed that you dirtied the floor! They will then ask you to look around.
2	Look around to check for the footprints on the floor.
3	Check for shiny stuff on the floor to investigate. Return to Pom-Pom after finding the truth about the footprints.
4	Finish the conversation to complete the quest!
