Reflective Floor is a timed quest in Honkai: Star Rail. Players will need to complete the quest within 4 hours after receiving it in order to get its related quest rewards.
You can unlock this quest by talking to Pom-Pom aboard the Astral Express and selecting the <!> option. However, do note that the quests that you get from Pom-Pom are random, and this is only one of many short quests that you can get if you speak to the small conductor!
