You can only obtain this mission if you decide to reformat Pascal and integrate him into the base network after finishing the mission, Rarely Affectionate (Part 2). You will obtain this quest after a server reset.

Quest Walkthrough
1 After a server reset, Clara will message you about strange happenings in the camp.
2 Go to Svarog's Base and meet Clara. You find that she is surrounded by the reformatted Pascal and other Robots.
3 Clara will tell you that ever since Pascal got integrated into the system, every robot has been giving positive reactions when the Trailblazer and Clara are mentioned.
4 Clara thinks that the integration to the base network shared Pascal's memories to the other robots who are also integrated. The quest will end here.

There are no important dialogue choices to be made during this Adventure Mission.

Go to The Tempering Workshop

Honkai Star Rail - Wish You Were Here Flower Made of Scrap Iron

After finishing the quest, return to the login page and then log back in. You will then receive a message from Clara saying that the robots have left a gift for you in Rivet Town at the Tempering Workshop.

Go there to receive the item Flower Made From Scrap Iron. This item would have been given to you by Pascal if you chose not to reformat him.
