How to Get the Commodity Contract

Talk to the Careless Vagrant in Hook's Gift

During Hook's last Companion Mission, there is a certain part of the quest where you can find more buyers for Jun Jun, the Cuddly Bear before the auction starts. During this time, go talk to the Careless Vagrant NPC shown in the image above.

The man will then instruct you to find the robot who stole the Commodity Contract and give it back to him. Simply follow the waypoint provided by the game then defeat the robot that stole the contract.

Return to the Careless Vagrant in Hook's Gift

Once you return the contract to the Careless Vagrant during the quest, the man will bid for the teddy bear during the auction!

Note that this part of the quest is completely optional and it doesn't have any effects on the reward obtained after the end of the quest.
