How to Unlock Hook's Gift and Rewards

Part 3 of Hook's Companion Mission

Hook's Treasure is the third part of Hook's Companion Mission. This mission will have us auction off Junjun to get a Geomarrow Probe for Fersman.

After you complete all of her Companion Missions, Hook will appear on the Astral Express to visit!

Complete Hook's Treasure Companion Mission

Hook's Gift can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 24 or above and have completed the Hook's Treasure mission.

Complete Silent Galaxy Trailblaze Mission

Players will also need to complete the Silent Galaxy Trailblaze Mission in order to receive the auction message from the Wildfire Official account. This means players will have to progress and complete the second half of the Jarilo-VI main story to get Hook's final companion quest.

Mission Walkthrough

	Quest Walkthrough
1	To begin, view the message sent by an account named Wildfire Official. This will inform you of an auction happening at the Vagrant Camp.
2	Head on over to the plaza in front of the Goethe Grand Hotel in Boulder Town, and speak to the Auction Staff. He will give you a Used Item Auction Pamphlet.
3	Deliver the pamphlet to Hook, who you can find in her usual spot near Natasha's Clinic. Tell her about the auction and how you can maybe get a good gift for her dad there.
4	Follow Hook back into the clinic. Speak to Natasha to secure Junjun for the auction. Note: You have the option of trying to lie or telling Natasha the truth about going to the auction. The choice will not affect the outcome of this quest.
5	With Junjun secure, head on down to the Vagrant Camp in the Robot Settlement. Speak to the auctioneer to place Junjun up for auction.
6	After surrendering Junjun to the auction staff, speak to the Reticent Vagrant by the campfire. Pressure him into buying Junjun until he tells you (via writing) that he isn't interested.
7	Next, look for the Gemologist near one of the tents (blue hair and blue clothes). Speak to her to find a buyer for Junjun.
8	Finally, look for the Weird Man near the camp (spiky hair). Tell him that the bear is garbage to trick him into bidding for it later.
9	With the buyers secure, you now have the option to either continue with the auction or find more buyers to drive the price up. Choose to find more buyers to get more funds for the Geomarrow Probe.
10	Find 3 more buyers at the camp. Speak to the Old Lady, the Careless Vagrant, and the Auction Staff to get the optional buyers. ▶ Check out how to get more buyers here!
11	Once you're ready, speak to the auctioneer to begin the bidding for Junjun.
12	After Junjun sells for a whopping 600 Shield, the auction will temporarily stop. Speak to the Auction Staff to find out what's happening.
13	The Geomarrow Probe has been stolen. Speak to the Naive Vagrant near the campfire to find out where the thief went.
14	Teleport to the Natasha's Clinic space anchor in Boulder Town. Look for the thief in the nearby alley.
15	Corner the thief and defeat him in combat. Once you have the Geomarrow Probe back, take it back to the auction.
16	Returning the Geomarrow probe will net you an additional 200 Shield, bringing up Hook's auction fund to 800 Shield.
17	Participate in the auction. Use your 800 Shield to guarantee your win. ▶ Check out the full auction guide here!
18	With the gift secure, return to Natasha to ask her to wrap the present. During the conversation, accept Hook's invitation to her birthday party.
19	Meet Hook and the Moles in Boulder Town. Speak to Hook to start the party.
20	Watch a touching conversation between Hook and her father. This will complete Hook's companion questline.

Help the Old Lady Find Her Grandson

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Find the Old Lady in the camp to secure another buyer for Junjun. Speak to her and she will tell you her grandson is missing.
2	Follow the map marker towards a child being cornered by thugs.
3	Defeat the thugs to rescue the Old Lady's grandson.
4	Return to the camp and speak to them to get a confirmation that they'll bid on Junjun.

Retrieve the Commodity Contract for the Careless Vagrant

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Speak to the Careless Vagrant near the campfire. Help him retrieve his Commodity Contract to secure another buyer for Junjun.
2	Leave the safe zone and go to the lower level of the Robot Settlement.
3	Make your way to the robots that stole the Commodity Contract and defeat them.
4	Bring the Commodity Contract back to the Careless Vagrant. He will confirm that he'll also bid on Junjun once the auction starts.

Speak to the Auction Staff and Gertie

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Finally, you can secure a 3rd buyer by speaking to the Auction Staff (not the auctioneer). He will tell you that Gertie was looking for a present for her niece.
2	Once he shares this piece of info, head back to Boulder Town and make your way to the Goethe Grand Hotel.
3	Speak to Gertie and tell her there are now items that kids will like at the auction. This will convince her to come back and bid on Junjun.

Astral Express Visitor Unlock: Hook

Completing the mission will allow Hook to become a visitor aboard the Astral Express. Now, whenever you go back to the Astral Express, there will be chance to run into Hook and interact with her.

Profile Picture Reward: Junjun

Completing this mission will also reward players with a Junjun Profile Picture. To equip it, simply open your phone in-game and select the portrait next to your Trailblazer's name. This will open a menu of unlocked Profile Pictures for you to choose from.
