Cutscenes Cannot Be Skipped

Honkai Star Rail - Cutscenes Cannot Be Skipped

Unfortunately, you cannot skip cinematic cutscenes in Honkai: Star Rail. Meaning you would have to sit through the whole cutscene before being able to proceed with the game.

However, dialogue where your Trailblazer interacts with other characters can be skipped as of Version 3.4.

Honkai Star Rail - Skip Battle Cutscenes

While most of the cinematics are not skippable, cutscenes triggered by boss battles can be skipped only if your party has been defeated during the fight and would have to repeat it.

Honkai Star Rail - Can Only Skip Animated Shorts

From Version 3.2 onwards, Animated Shorts or 2D Animated cutscenes can be skipped.
