Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 20 or above and have completed Trial of the Equilibrium: Part One mission.

This mission will automatically unlock after you finish Trial of the Equilibrium: Part One. Completing the trial will also let you do Calyx (Crimson) repeatedly. These allow you to earn Trace Materials which are needed to strengthen your Light Cones and Characters.

1 If you are not already there, make your way back to Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony on Jarilo-VI via the teleport option on your map.

Honkai Star Rail - Calyx Crimson Bud of Harmony Enemies
Complete the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony at least one time to fulfill the mission objectives. Enemies in this Calyx will be weak to Imaginary, Wind, Lightning, and Fire attacks.
Note: Running Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony will require players to have at least 10 Trailblaze Power.
