    It only generates the debuff if the enemy is not ensnared. So 2 light cones of the same name would not work. Also, even if you just use the LC on Pela, and the debuff is already on the mob, then it won’t generate the debuff to power up Acheron.

    good question. Do they both generate Acheron stacks if both Pela and Jaoqiu use the LC?

    if i were to have 2 nihility chars in a team with acheron would this effect stack if i use this light cone on both?
