The Voyage Continues can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 1 or above and have completed Lingering Shadows mission.

The Voyage Continues Walkthrough

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Once you speak to Herta in her office the mission Lingering Shadows will conclude. Once it ends, 2 new Trailblaze missions will appear: ・The Voyage Continues ・Simulated Universe: First Closed Beta
2	To progress The Voyage Continues, players will first need to complete the Simulated Universe: First Closed Beta mission given by Herta.
3	Interact with the portal leading into the Simulated Universe. Defeat the enemies inside and read through the dialogue prompts given by Herta. After some point, the simulation will terminate, allowing you to leave the Simulated Universe. Note: This is not the full version of the Simulated Universe. It will only be a trial run to give players a taste of endgame modes in Honkai: Star Rail.
4	After completing Simulated Universe: First Closed Beta, leave Herta's Office. You will unlock the Navigation feature once you've left the area. Use it to Teleport to the Supply Zone. The Navigation feature lets you use the Teleport Function to fast travel to any unlocked areas.
5	Upon arriving at the Supply Zone, look for Himeko near the Astral Express. Note: Arlan will send you a message here. Accepting his message will allow you to trigger the Adventure Mission, Road to Revival.
6	Interact with Himeko and join the Express with her. A short cutscene will then play along with a mellow music.
7	Pom-Pom will greet you inside the Express. After a short conversation, you will unlock the Interasteral Guide feature. Interact with Pom-Pom for a second time to begin exploring the Passenger Cabins.
8	Find Dan Heng and March 7th's rooms. After exploring each room, return back to the Parlor Car and interact with Pom-Pom. Note: Interacting with Pom-Pom here will unlock the Trailblaze Level Rewards.
9	After finishing the conversation with Pom-Pom and claiming the Trailblaze Level Rewards, the Friends feature will be unlocked.
10	Approach the Sofa and wait for the jump. After a series of cutscenes and conversations, the quest will be cleared. This will start the quest line for In the Withering Wintry Night in Jarilo-IV.
