(Maybe Kafka in the future) His break power is insane, and if not the DoT Wind Shear stacking can shred enemy HP. Not to mention he can literally buff his own DoT application with his burst.

Ngl herta is much better than she seems at first glance. Her ability to clean up after the single dmg dealers is really useful. Sure others outshine her, but she's an easy early game sweep, which makes a lot of tasks a lot less tedious.
