Why is jing in ss tier overall and clara in s, yet in both dps lists clara ranks higher than jing?

So after making it to TBL 45 and with access to all the 4star charicters. The are a few changes I'd expect to see on the main list soon. 1st, Welt moved up to SS tier, he's epic. 2nd, Pela and March 7th definitely make S tier into the late game. And Sampo and Serval remain useful. If I was to move anyone down, it would likely be Dan Heng, but only because Seele makes him irrelevant. 3rd, Herta makes B teir, she's not great against bosses, but not nearly as bad as C tier surgests. 😉

You mean the people who claim "Dan Heng is only 2% worse than Seele" and "Let's give this character the best case scenario for calcs while this one gets the worse case"? You're a funny guy
Honestly I just hope the new characters come out I can see the Jing Yuan and Silver wolf at the top of the tier as best aoe and best debuffer and not just any debuffer she allows you to build so many team with her change weakness and ignore weakness with a top tier debuffing skills.
Hmmm yeah that is a fair point and honestly in simulated universe there is abundance which practically makes you immortal. So you guys do make good point but Bailu does have a revive so I think Bailu is a bit better but they are in the same tier.
well lots of people were just pulling to get more characters and accidentally got her. not surprising. there are also her loyal simps from honkai impact.
these certain situations are where the challenging contents are. and natasha is more useful here. bailu's overheal can't top natasha's cleanse. they should be in the same tier. the only SS healer will be luocha anyway.
Yeah... Natasha is NOT better than bailu. can confirm. With that said, there are certain situations in SimU, FH, etc. where Natasha has better utility, but overall Bailu's healing output and DPS will outdo natasha in any situation where they're interchangeable (i.e. the encounter has both physical and lightning weakness)
I'm surprised Seele did so poorly in this poll, given her 24,000,000 USD in revenue she pulled so far...
but then again noobs were saying qiqi better than bennett during the early genshin so 🤣
many TCs have pointed out Natasha is better than Bailu anyways
