Explanation
Night on the Milky Way has high base stats due to it being a 5-star Light Cone. Its ability provides an ATK buff based on the number of enemies on the field. It also gives a DMG buff to the wearer when attacking enemies inflicted with Weakness Break for 1 turn.
To fully maximize the ATK buff that Night on the Milky Way provides, there should be five enemies on the battlefield like in Pure Fiction.
Enemies should also be constantly inflicted with Weakness Break for the wearer to receive the DMG buff. This is easy to achieve when against normal enemies but difficult when fighting bosses.
Given the drawbacks of the Light Cone, Night on the Milky Way is not any Erudition character's best in slot, but it can be used by all of them!
Is Night on the Milky Way Worth It?
Not Worth to Use Undying Starlight
We do not recommend buying Night on the Milky Way from the Starlight Exchange Store due to its limiting ability. It works very well when farming mobs in the overworld and clearing Pure Fiction but it is not an ideal Light Cone during boss fights.
In terms of 5-star Light Cones, options such as Before Dawn is clearly better DMG-wise.
For F2P and light spenders, The Seriousness of Breakfast is a better alternative since you can just buy it from the Forgotten Hall's Light Cone Manifest Store. If you can superimpose it to S5, it slightly deals more DMG compared to the Night on the Milky Way!

Anonymous about 2 yearsMaybe useless to you because, either: - you won't even bother maxing this cone. - don't have a clue how this kit works. - blame the cone until you face a hordes of mobs and you regrettably say this kit aoe dmg is useless.
