    same thing with Huohuo. It's the top recommend alternative to her signature light cone but her ultimate doesn't heal so that part is useless for her. I honestly think that Hey, Over Here is better for her to improve the effectiveness of her skill on adjacent characters especially when it's your first or last team member that needs more healing but you still want to heal all 3

    How long does the increase outgoing healing last? Is it increased permanently or only increased for the ultimate's healing? And if permanently, does it stack?
