In-game "recommendations" are based on a tally of what people are using in game. A lot of people are wrong, simple as.

Hello, guys, may I ask to please fix the error of the recommended sphere...I've been using your guides to all of my characters, well you can say I'm basically relying on your builds above anyone else's so please fix it as soon as possible cuz I don't know which better sphere is good on Pela (in simple terms I don't know what to do now that there's an error to guides), thanks.
Can you actually have Speed on Pan-Cosmic Commercial Enterprise Planar Sphere? I've tried to synthesize it for her, but there's no option.
There are 2 types of chance- Base chance (gets diluted by enemy's effect resistance) anf Fixed chance. So more effect hit rate increases the strength of Pela's base chance for defence shread and makes it permanent
does any1 know why she need 67% ehr ? cuz i dont see a requirements for thay since her ult give 100% chance to shred
agree. cuz if u play support only, the talent bonus lvl is insane

there aren't that many 4 stars that have aoe Def shred, not to mention a debuff skill in one character another thing is that thanks to her talent, she can regenerate her energy faster think for the long run, not quick and easy one where you're used to
wtf, just S rank for 4* char with aoe def shred and buff removal? wth with that tier list, lol?
yes no point to build pela as sub dps. go with wind set for the advance forward since pela spams ult often.
Am I tripping or is that a WIND set for an ICE character?
Solitary healing is mostly useless on her bc of it focues on DOT and she doesn't do DOT, at least void gives her ehr albeit for a short while.
you missed a light cone, "solitary healing" from simulated universe shop isnt anywhere on the list of light cones. Like there is NO WAY that 5star light cone is worse than 3star "void"
Truely, Its seldom to find an up-to-date build these days, they only make guides for release then move on :(
Depends on what you have, 4 Stars I'd say "Resolution Shines as pearls of sweat" to further debuff enemie
